How did we do life, before apps? Between my email, calendar and texts alone I’m guilty of spending too much time on my phone.
I did a quick scan of Itunes and between all of the games, social media and new apps popping up every.damn.day it is amazing how much we have access to these days. At the same time, I knew that I had to start using my phone for good instead of evil. You know the phone evil, all the negative news, twitter fight black holes and shit like that.
So I did a Tech spring clean and wanted to spend more time using my apps for good.
YouTube – Not just for beauty videos and vlogs. Now I’m looking for more of this…
Podcasts – Not just for true crime but also self-improvement pods like
Headspace – The app I use for meditation.
Andy’s accent is soothing AF which is helpful lol. He gives you a lot to think about so it makes it easy to just concentrate on what he is saying.
Audible – Not just for autobiographies by comedians but now for stuff that makes me think
Are you using your phone for good or evil? Don’t forget how powerful that thing is, start using it for good!
