Gratitude Changes You

Things I am thankful for today:

1. The air in my lungs

2. My legs and feet that carry me

3. My brain, although it’s tricky – it is powerful AF

4. The love I have to share with other people

5. The love I receive from others

6. The smell of freshly baked bread goods

7. The view I have during yoga

8. The state of change the trees are going through

9. The fact that I could buy a coffee this morning

A gratitude list doesn’t have to be something intense. Start with simple things.

Your health, things you see, hear, feel and taste are also great places to start. #kdcdareya
